Montblanc was founded by Alfred Nehemias (A Hamburg merchant) and August Eberstein (A Berlin engineer) who teamed up with stationary trader Claus Voss for the purpose of creating “ a tool that would revolutionise the art of handwriting.” in 1906.
Today, the Montblanc brand is on other goods besides pens, including watches, jewellery, fragrances, leather goods and eyewear.
